Roboration of the debenture bond issued by the elders at the Four Lands’ Council congress in Jarosław
The elders of the Crown Jews, elected for the previous assembly, and Abraham Salamonowicz, the secretary of the Crown Jews, and Mojżesz Markowicz, the syndic of Crown Jews, confirm in the Crown’s records the debenture due to Kazimierz Kowalkowski, the king's secretary and the scribe of the Crown Treasury, which they issued in Jarosław on Jan. 3,1666 r. They pledge to repay the debt in for annual installments, three at 3,250, and last one at 16,250. In case they fail in this obligation, they are liable to legal procedure and are to pay threefold the sum owed, and Kowalkowski is to have free execution of the debt
